Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Texas.
• DEA Certification required.
• Certification in HRT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform focused histories and physicals for weight management and wellness.
• Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and ECGs.
• Provide preventive counseling, nutrition guidance, and program education.
• Prescribe medications per collaborative agreement.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Document thoroughly in EMR per company standards.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups for continuity of care.
