Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order and review labs, ECGs, and plan care.
• Provide preventive and program education to patients.
• Maintain EMR documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with supervising physician under collaborative agreement.
• Mentor clinical staff and oversee franchise clinical operations.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with patients.
