ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Christiana Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour full-time flex schedule with night shift rotations. The role places you at the heart of critical care, delivering expert nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to provide life-saving interventions, advocate for patients and families, and utilize advanced monitoring to optimize outcomes.

Formación

• BSN required; ADN considered with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during vulnerable moments.
• Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
