Job summary

Destin Hampton Inn & Suites in Destin, FL is seeking a front desk associate to deliver superior guest services. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and provide information to guests in a friendly, professional manner. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is required.

Minimum one year in customer service; hotel experience is a plus. English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, and computer experience is preferred. Knowledge of local attractions is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
