Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) to provide 1:1 adult neurorehabilitation in home and community settings, from evaluation to discharge. You will set a flexible PRN schedule (about 15-20 hours, 3 days/week), receive paid hourly time for direct and indirect work, mileage reimbursement, and no weekend shifts.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Texas or ability to obtain it.
• CPR certification as required.
• Minimum one year of experience as an SLP.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for adults with neurogenic speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Re-assess progress, participate in staffing and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the care team and family.
• Collaborate with disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
