Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation on the Central Coast of California seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our groundbreaking team. Clinicians schedule sessions around client needs, enabling balanced days and therapy in real-world settings, from shopping to outdoor activities.

With autonomy and continuous education, you will assist in delivering personalized neurorehabilitation, reporting progress to the supervising PT and advancing your clinical practice in a supportive,

Qualificações

• Current unrestricted PTA license in state of practice.
• BLS or CPR certification as per state regulations.
• Minimum one year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provides PTA services planned and supervised by the PT per treatment plan.
• Confers with the PT regularly regarding patient progress and questions.
• Assists with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and treatment areas.
• Reports equipment problems to maintain good working order.
• Coordinates adaptive equipment to improve function in rehab.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
• Adheres to HIPAA, code of conduct, and company policies.
• Attends staff development programs to maintain clinical skills.
