BrightSpring Health Services' Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation team on California's Central Coast is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join a journey of neuro-rehabilitation in the community.

We offer a flexible schedule, hourly pay, travel/mileage reimbursement, educational programs, growth opportunities, and no weekends or holidays requirement. The PTA will work under the guidance of a licensed PT to deliver patient-centered therapy in diverse settings.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed PTA with active status in the practicing state.
• CPR/BLS certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist.
• Confers with Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient's plan and progress.
• Assists with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and treatment areas.
• Reports equipment problems to ensure proper function.
• Communicates patient needs and progress to the PT and assists with adaptive equipment.
• Maintains and submits treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
• Adheres to applicable policies and standards.
• Participates in staff development and continuing education.

Kenntnisse

Licensed PTA

CPR/BLS certification

1+ year PTA experience
