BrightSpring Health Services' Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in California is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver PT services under supervision with adherence to the patient’s treatment plan.

The position offers a flexible schedule, paid hourly, travel reimbursement, ongoing educational programs, growth opportunities, and no weekends or holidays, plus clinical autonomy to support neuro rehabilitation in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the practicing state.
• CPR/BLS certification as required by state regulations.
• At least one year of PTA work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned and supervised by the PT per the treatment plan.
• Regularly discusses progress and plans with the PT of record.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Report equipment problems to ensure good working order.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the PT and obtain adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintain and submit treatment and billing documentation in required formats.
• Adhere to company policies, HIPAA, and professional standards.
• Participate in staff development and continue education as required.
