Qualifications

• Age 16+; age-verification audits require 18–19 year olds.
• Willingness to travel to audits across designated sites.
• Comfortable reporting on audit experiences and observations.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person mystery shopper audits at various sites (supermarkets, retailers, etc.).
• Report back on the service experience, including whether ID was requested for age-restricted products.
• Coordinate with Area Managers for audit allocation and feedback.
