Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits across supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more. You’ll make a specific purchase and report back on the experience, with flexible, part-time hours.

This self-employed role offers payment per completed audit, with fees confirmed before each assignment and reimbursed approved purchases. You’ll be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions, with area managers helping allocate suitable work.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Self-employed role with tax responsibilities.
• Auditing/reporting experience not required but useful.
• Willing to travel across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits at various sites and complete purchases as required.
• Report back on the customer experience after each audit.
• Keep records and manage own tax and NI contributions.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to receive suitable assignments.
