Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting in-person mystery shoppers to perform ID-check audits at retailers and venues nationwide. The role is part-time and flexible, designed to fit around study or other work, with audits allocated in nearby batches.

Pay is per audit, aligned with Real-Living-Wage estimates, and performance bonuses are possible. We welcome 16+ year olds; 18–19 year-olds are especially needed for age-verification tasks, with some travel expenses possibly covered.

Qualifications

• Auditing at retail or service sites.
• Ability to report findings clearly and concisely.
• Comfort handling age-verification tasks where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person audits across a range of sites (supermarkets, retailers, betting shops).
• Report customer experience and whether ID was requested during purchases.
• Manage audits delivered in batches and maintain accuracy in records.
