Serve Legal is recruiting compliance auditors to perform in-person audits at a variety of sites, including supermarkets and high-street retailers. Audits involve making a specific purchase and reporting on the experience, with a focus on age-verification scenarios for 18–19-year-olds.

This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around studying or other work commitments. Pay is calculated per audit and aligned with a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate, with audits grouped into nearby batches.

Qualifications

• Auditing experience or natural aptitude for assessing operations.
• Ability to perform in-person checks at various sites.
• Correct handling of age-verification procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person audits at a range of sites (supermarkets, retailers, betting shops, etc.).
• Report findings on whether ID was requested and overall customer experience.
