Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across Washington. This 1099 independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule with part-time or full-time opportunities. No license required, prior experience beneficial but not necessary.

Inspectors travel locally, inspecting occupied, vacant, or rural properties, and use a mobile app to complete reports. Training and territory assignment will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in property inspections.
• Clear communication with inspection relations coordinator and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
