Job summary

Theoria Medical is seeking a full-time Medical Director and Attending Physician to serve local skilled nursing facilities. You’ll lead resident care, collaborate with NPs/PAs, and provide comprehensive primary care with autonomy over your schedule.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active US medical license and board certification in an appropriate specialty.
• New graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensing may apply.
• Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, PM&R, Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the attending physician for residents in assigned SNFs.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to oversee daily patient care.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in chronic care and remote monitoring initiatives.
