You will ensure accurate transactions, stock flow from receipt to sale, and support visual merchandising while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash handling and basic sales transactions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador in-store and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and organize cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; collect customer information where permitted.
• Receive and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels; replenish floor and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
