Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Greenville, RI is seeking a consultant dietitian to support a Long Term Care facility on a 16 hours/week basis. The role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team, completing the MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietitian licensure required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
