Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for LTC in Lake Park, FL. This part-time role offers 16-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule and drive time available.

The position involves completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, and completing the MDS - Section K, TF calculations, and wound/weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDR credential as a registered dietitian.
• Must hold active dietetic licensure in the relevant state.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication skills are essential for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
