Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team for a Long Term Care facility in Middletown, RI, 6 hours per week. You will perform clinical nutrition assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.

Responsibilities include documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, completing the MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and recommending wound and weight-change interventions. Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay!

Qualifications

• CDR-credentialed dietitian required.
• Active dietetic licensure in the state.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
