Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to support our long-term care community in Gaffney, SC, for 8 hours per week. The role offers a flexible schedule with drive time pay available and excellent compensation.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the care plan team. Responsibilities include completing MDS - Section K and recommending nutrition interventions for wounds and weight changes.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed and licensed dietitian to practice in SC.
• Strong communication and client-centered approach.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document care using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete MDS - Section K.
• Offer nutrition-focused recommendations for wounds and weight changes.
