Requirements include an active SC LPN license, CPR/BLS, and possible travel within the region. Flexible scheduling and non-exempt employment are offered with competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina LPN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• TB test or health screening.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and wound care.
• Support PEG/G-Tube or tracheostomy care as trained.
• Document nursing notes and MAR.
• Coordinate with RN, families and health care providers.
