Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents. You will assess and document residents’ health, update care plans, and administer medications, while leading care associates in a supportive, resident-first environment.

Qualifications

• Virginia LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
• CPR certification required; current BLS CPR preferred and eligible for renewal within 90 days.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to provide person-centered care.
• Assess, observe, and document residents’ clinical condition in the EMR and notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in care needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications accurately and timely per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
