Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (Flex) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a vibrant continuing care community in Springfield, Virginia. Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia is required.
• CPR certification required; BLS preferred and must be maintained.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess and document residents' clinical conditions in the EMR; notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update care plans reflecting changes in resident needs.
• Assist and supervise care associates to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents and families in a timely, professional manner.
