Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide licensed nursing services to residents in a compassionate, compliant manner. You will administer medications, assist with admissions, and develop care plans while maintaining clear documentation and high standards of patient safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians, notifying families of health changes, handling emergencies, and educating residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license current in the state where practicing.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• 1+ year of experience in senior care or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents per guidelines.
• Administer medications in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Assist with admissions, including assessments and documentation.
• Develop and maintain acute and long-term care or service plans.
• Track clinical information (e.g., wounds, infection control) as directed.
• Offer health-related consultations to residents and staff.
• Notify physicians or families of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and ensure resident safety.
• Communicate with departments and staff to coordinate care.
• Provide educational sessions for residents and staff; maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
