Springfield Clinic in Illinois is seeking a Flex Clinical Staff member to provide patient care and manage daily office operations under the Operations Manager.

Educated as an LPN or CMA, you must hold current Illinois licensure or CMA certification and obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

You will support physicians, document in medical records, assist with examinations, and uphold confidentiality and HIPAA requirements while delivering compassionate service.

Qualificações

• LPN or CMA education from an approved program.
• Illinois licensure or CMA certification mandatory.
• CPR certification (AHA) required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain medical information, chief complaints, vital signs and test results for physician review and document in medical record.
• Assist the physician during examinations by handing instruments and preparing equipment per Infection Control Policy.
• Administer care treatments prescribed by the provider within scope of practice.
• Maintain continuity of care by following treatment plans, scheduling tests/procedures, and relaying results.
• Protect patient rights and provide support to patients and families.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA policies.
• Maintain knowledge by attending education programs and updating documentation for yearly evaluation.
• Comply with clinic policies and codes of conduct.
• Orient new personnel to specialty and perform other duties as assigned.
