Job summary

Springfield Clinic is seeking a Flex Clinical Staff member (CMA/LPN/RN) to support patient care and daily office operations. You will obtain medical information, assist physicians, and ensure continuity of care within infection control policy.

Responsibilities include documenting in medical records, scheduling tests, providing emotional support, and maintaining HIPAA privacy. Current Illinois licensure or CMA certification and CPR training within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• CMA/LPN/RN education or certification required.
• CPR certification per American Heart Association guidelines within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical information, chief complaints, vital signs and test results; document in medical records.
• Assist physician in examination and treatment; hand instruments, prepare equipment, follow infection control policy.
• Administer care treatments within scope of practice.
• Ensure continuity of care by placing orders, scheduling tests and procedures, communicating results.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide emotional support to patients and families.
