Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join an outpatient behavioral health practice in Ambridge, PA. The role offers a mix of in-office and telehealth hours with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active PA LPC or LCSW license, a master's in Counseling or Social Work, and experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Clinical experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based outpatient counseling services.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy to clients with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
• Apply appropriate therapeutic interventions when working with individuals and families in crisis.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and other treatment team members to support positive client outcomes.
• Stay current with behavioral health research and industry best practices.
