Inner Mind Sculpture Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a fully remote, full-time position in Pennsylvania. You will provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups via telehealth, with a focus on ethical practice and client confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will hold an active PA LPC license, have at least two years of clinical experience, and be proficient with EMR systems and telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards in clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Experience working with healthcare teams and EMR/telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, couples, and groups.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused brief therapies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure confidentiality compliance.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops and training.
