Choose an 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with roughly eight patients per day.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license required.
• Experience providing behavioral health assessments and counseling across age groups preferred.
• Comfortable treating trauma, co-occurring conditions, and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and counseling to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Collaborate with integrated care team through care plan coordination and warm handoffs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, family therapy) in an outpatient setting.

Practice Overview:

• Join an integrated outpatient behavioral health team alongside psychiatrists, primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and support staff.
• Treat children, adolescents, and adults with conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and chronic disease-related behavioral health concerns.
• Practice independently while collaborating through care team huddles, warm handoffs, and coordinated treatment planning.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and family therapy.

Schedule:

• 100% outpatient position with no inpatient responsibilities.
• Choose between an 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM weekday schedule.
• Average of approximately 8 patients per day with extended appointment times for comprehensive care.
• No weekend or call responsibilities.
• Starting salary of approximately $64,500 annually plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
• Compensation is paid regardless of scheduled patient no-shows.
