Behavioral Health Counseling Solutions seeks a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our Philadelphia outpatient team in a full-time role with remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate has an advanced degree, PA LPC licensure, and at least two years of clinical experience.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic care that meets clients' psychological, social, and medical needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, workshops, and training programs to remain current in mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, many of whom may have limited access to mental health services. Your therapeutic focus will encompass a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, with an emphasis on fostering personal resilience and growth within each client.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.
• A solid understanding and adherence to legal and ethical standards governing practice in mental health.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies for client management.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate therapeutic concepts.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000, contingent on experience and caseload availability.
