Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ohio. This position offers a $75,000.00–$90,000.00/year compensation and requires a valid OT license and NBCOT (where applicable).

You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. We provide flexible scheduling, a 401K match, online CEU credits, and immigration sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with NBCOT (or state mandated)
• Current state license to practice occupational therapy

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations based on physician orders.
• Develop and document comprehensive treatment plans with goals and duration.
• Ensure orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide therapy using appropriate modalities and adapt as needed.
