Sodexo is hiring a Utility Worker in Bowling Green to support kitchen and facility operations by keeping production and service areas clean and organized. You will wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, restock supplies, and assist with basic set-ups and breakdowns as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.
• No related work experience required.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Clean equipment using specified chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies like soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Significant walking or mobility, may exceed 8 hours.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods throughout shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Attend shifts on time and perform other duties as required.
