Qualifications

• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets and charts in English.
• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and plate Beef's menu items according to recipe specs.
• Ensure fast, quality service and support theme of teamwork.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
