Scoot Education is hiring to support students as a substitute teacher, paraprofessional, or related student-support role. You will be paired with a Scoot Education Consultant who matches your skills and interests, providing 1:1 check-ins, feedback, and career guidance.

Role offers daily pay with W-2 employment, flexible day-to-day assignments, and ongoing training opportunities. Candidates with teaching credentials or experience in special education are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor.
• State & federal background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in classroom, playground, or cafeteria.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions following lesson plans.
