We partner with a variety of schools—from public to private—to provide short-term and long-term support. Your dedicated Scoot consultant will learn your preferences and connect you with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or college credits.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a supervisor.
• State & federal background checks.
• TB risk assessment or test.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Encourage student engagement and participation throughout the day.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions, following any lesson plans left by the teacher.
• Communicate clearly with school staff.
• Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher.
• Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students.
• Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings.
