Many consultants have teaching experience and receive guidance from dedicated Scoot consultants. The role offers flexible day-to-day assignments, direct deposit, and benefits as a W-2 employee.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits required.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a supervisor.
• State & federal background checks are required.
• TB risk assessment or test may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions as per lesson plans.
• Communicate clearly with school staff and provide feedback for the returning teacher.
• Observe varied environments and assist students, lifting up to 30 lbs as needed.
