Job summary

Barrett Firearms Mfg, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory across locations and support warehouse and production teams.

You will use handheld scanners and ERP systems to verify part numbers, lot numbers, serial numbers, and quantities while maintaining organized stores and records. A high school diploma and 2 years of related experience are required.

• You work well in a fast-paced environment and support production and shipping operations.
• You follow work instructions and maintain accurate documentation according to procedures.
• You effectively communicate with warehouse, production, packing, and assembly teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory in the ERP system using handheld scanners.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store materials with proper lot/serial verification.
• Move inventory between locations and perform FIFO material transfers.
• Pull, stage, and replenish materials to fulfill orders for packing and production.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories and resolve discrepancies.
