Job summary

Barrett, a global leader in large-caliber rifle design and manufacturing, seeks an Inventory Control Specialist in the United States. You will maintain inventory accuracy across locations, use ERP handheld scanners, and perform FIFO material transfers to support warehouse, production, and assembly activities.

You will conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure proper labeling, documentation and storage practices in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory in ERP using handheld scanners and maintain counts across locations
• Receive, inspect, label, and store materials with proper documentation and quality checks
• Perform FIFO-based material transfers between facilities and manage customer-owned/government-furnished materials
• Pull, stage, and replenish materials to support packing, production and assembly
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, maintain organized storage areas
