Responsibilities

• Provides thorough physical therapy evaluation and creates an appropriate plan of care based on patient deficits.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient, physician, and staff information.
• Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork with the care team.
• Oversees student affiliates and staff performance as assigned by the Manager.
