Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. is seeking physicians to work as collaborators with flexibility to set their own schedule. You will oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants, performing in-home health evaluations for health plan members.

This role offers a monthly stipend based on the number of assessments you complete, malpractice coverage, and opportunities for additional compensation through pay-per-test models, with a self-determined schedule and on-the-road work.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• MD or DO license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants.
• Conduct in-home health evaluations for health plan members.
• Provide patient-specific assessments using pre-populated forms and do not prescribe meds or order tests.
