Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. seeks physicians to perform in-home health evaluations and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants under contract. The role offers a flexible, self-determined schedule and the potential for higher earnings through a pay-per-test model.

Licensure in North Carolina is required, with MD or DO preferred. Clinicians will visit health plan members in their homes, review medical history, and conduct physical evaluations.

• Do not prescribe or order tests during home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members.
• Oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants during visits.
• Maintain patient-specific pre-populated forms and ensure data quality.
• Provide malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments.
