Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. is seeking physicians to collaborate on in-home health evaluations for health plan members, offering flexible schedules and the potential to earn more by supervising Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Clinicians provide home visits and perform comprehensive assessments, enabling a patient-centered approach in a home setting. The role requires an MD or DO and NC licensure with residency in the state.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate (MD/DO) and be licensed to practice in North Carolina.
• Residence in North Carolina is required to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members.
• Review medications and medical history and perform a physical evaluation in the home.
• Do not prescribe medicines, order lab tests, or alter current treatments.
• Offer a self-determined, flexible schedule with additional earning opportunities via pay-per-test.
• Malpractice coverage provided during Signify Health-related assignments.
• Oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and physician assistants; monthly stipend based on the number overseen.
