Job summary

Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Contractors help with daily living activities, skill development, and meaningful community involvement across PAC, respite, day programs, and employment exploration services.

The DSPs operate under an independent contractor agreement, choosing client loads, locations, and schedules, while adhering to individualized care

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Indiana DSP Core Certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with EVV/digital documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered, direct care support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with daily living activities and independence-building tasks.
• Follow each individual’s support plan to promote skill development and participation.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment while protecting dignity and privacy.
• Observe, document, and report changes in health or well-being.
• Complete accurate service documentation and session notes.
