CareLinxby Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. You can set availability in the app, and we match you with clients fitting your schedule and goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, and non-clinical medication reminders.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
