Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in North Billerica, MA. You control your availability in the CareLinx app, choosing recurring or per-diem shifts while we handle matches.

Onboarded caregivers will work with the dedicated CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location, client needs, and your availability.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers encouraged to apply).
Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living: companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, non-clinical medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
