Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients. You’ll work with the CarePartner team to match you with local clients based on your availability, location, and client needs, building consistent schedules and staying engaged via the app.

Onboarded caregivers are supported by a dedicated CarePartner team; you’ll deliver compassionate care, maintain privacy and dignity, and report changes to the clinical team

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training may apply depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, non-clinical medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities: transportation and errand support.
• Hospital discharge escort — safely accompanying members home after discharge.
• Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits.
