Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
Reliable transportation to client homes and background check clearance.
Driver's license and MVR checks if driving shifts may apply.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living including companionship, meal prep, mobility support, and light housekeeping.
Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes to the client's condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time via the CareLinx app.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety; communicate case updates to CarePartners.
