Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. via CareLinx is hiring in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support to health plan members and private clients in San Andreas, CA. Work is in client homes, with part-time or per-diem options, and you control your schedule through the CareLinx app while we handle the matches.

Caregivers support daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and companionship. A smartphone, reliable transport, English communication, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant CNA/HHA/MA certification.
• Own smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
• English communication required; bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx and clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities (transportation and errand support) as needed.
• Telehealth navigation and discharge escort support may be available.
