Sharecare, Inc. through CareLinx is seeking in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home support to health plan members and private clients in the Ladera Ranch area.

The role offers part-time and per-diem scheduling with client homes as the work setting, letting you control your availability through the app. Caregivers will join the CarePartner team to match with clients based on location and needs; you’ll build consistent schedules, stay engaged via the app, and communicate proactively

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Acce ss to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, grooming and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity at all times.
