SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers in Central IL to provide one-on-one care to clients in private homes, assisted living, or skilled facilities. You will work from a flexible schedule with day, evening, and overnight shifts available, choosing hours that fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must maintain current automobile insurance.
• Must complete IDPH background check requirements.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must follow established care plans and instructions.
• Must be able to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be able to accurately document services provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in their home.
• Follow the client's care plan and communicate concerns.
• Make day-to-day decisions with minimal on-site supervision.
• Offer companionship and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and observe changes.
• Assist with errands and reporting of observations.
• Arrive on time and complete assigned shift tasks.
