SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes across the Central IL area. You can choose from day, evening, and overnight shifts to fit your availability.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, meals, and light housekeeping. You will follow care plans, document activities, and report changes while maintaining professional conduct and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Must complete IDPH background checks.
• Ability to follow care plans and document services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and support in clients' homes.
• Follow care plans and communicate concerns to the team.
• Perform companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with errands.
• Observe changes in condition and report them promptly.
• Ensure on-time, dependable shifts and professional conduct.
